Do you want to lose weight? Get ripped? Improve your fitness? Our strength and conditioning sessions are ideal. Regardless of age and fitness level, with your determination matched with our comprehensive diet plans and one-on-one personal coaching, this effective workout program is great for everyone.
 
We offer three sessions a week at 7:00PM, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each one hour session will provide targeted training techniques that will vary weekly. If you become a RunFitLA participant, we can offer a full diet and nutrition program tailored to your own sufficient needs. 
 
We meet at the Santa Monica Stairs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 7:00pm! 
 
First two sessions free.
